In recent days, the laboratory of teachers' training schools are in turmoil because of the cuts without logic, if not mere savings of hours of classroom laboratory. The most affected are again the ITP of hotel schools in some cases lose the hours of instruction (see class competition C510). Thanks to prof. Marsala, we reconstructed the situation before the disastrous 1992 draft.
